HISTORY OF FORMATION
2012 - Business establishment
In November 2012, Friendship International Company (the predecessor of Adobus) was officially established with the mission connecting the Vietnamese mechanical engineering business community.
Company provides high-quality metal cutting tools from Japan and Europe, contributing to increased productivity and production efficiency in the industry.
Overcoming many initial difficulties, the company gradually established its position as reputable partner of many domestic businesses.
2013 – Became a partner of Kennametal
Adobus became official partner of a major supplier from Kennametal – USA in Vietnam.
After just one year of collaboration, the company has recorded outstanding growth regarding solutions and sales.
This contribution is recognized through medals and honorary certificates from the official Kennametal brand.
2014 - Expanding product portfolio, collaborating with major partners.
Overcoming market fluctuations, Adobus introduces Many new products, diverse, high quality and competitive prices.This helps businesses optimize costs and increase profits.
This period marked a turning point as Adobus established relationships with many major brands such as Widin, Threadex, especially Hironaga (Japan) – a leading supplier of industrial saw blades.
2015 - Expanding into EDM components, aiming for comprehensive solutions.
Adobus officially provides spare parts for EDM wire cutting machines from a reputable brand EWF (Japan).
This is a significant milestone, marking the direction of development into a city. The company provides comprehensive and precise metal cutting solutions, instead of simply distributing products.
In 2018, the company changed its name to Adobus, reaffirming its commitment to professionalism and accuracy.
The company officially changed its name to ADOBUS, in line with modern, professional development and current trends industry 4.0.
With the motto "Customer satisfaction is our top priority” and slogan "Accuracy of all the time"Adobus is committed to providing mechanical solutions and products that maximum accuracy – optimal efficiency, aiming for sustainable and long-term development together with our customers.
From 2022 to the present - Positioning for leadership and expanding strategic vision
Adobus rises to the top leading provider of metal cutting solutions, become strategic partner of prestigious brands like Eberle (Germany), Master Fluids, Ace Micromatic.
The company also announced its vision to develop into a Supporting Industries Group, build comprehensive ecosystem regarding metal cutting tools in Vietnam.
Adobus aims to achieve the following goals over the next five years expanding with 5 more branches nationwide, this contributes to optimizing the efficiency and cost of machining for the mechanical engineering industry.
